Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Coordinator to oversee our facility operations, ensuring the maintenance, safety, and efficiency of our buildings. This role involves managing contractors, overseeing maintenance projects, and optimizing energy use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate facilities contractors, including cleaning, security, and fire safety services.
• Oversee the periodic maintenance of heating equipment, including HVAC systems, compressors, boilers, and other sanitary installations.
• Propose and implement efficiency solutions to optimize energy consumption.
• Manage the budget for expenses related to facilities and maintenance.
• Participate in investment projects, facilitating approvals and changes to existing facilities.
• Oversee revisions and maintenance of electrical installations and generators.
• Manage the office environment, including furniture, electrical outlets, and IT infrastructure.
• Create specifications for the procurement of products and services related to facilities and investments.
• Ensure all services and goods comply with company standards and technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience in facilities management.
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with SAP (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts) is a plus.
