Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a maintenance strategy for optimal warehouse operations, covering facilities and security;
Work closely with the Project Manager on the construction and operation of the logistics centre, identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and conduct risk assessments & raise Health and Safety awareness within the logistics centre;
Lead and develop a team of facility technicians & drive and educate the team in all relevant safety & security areas;
Set relevant KPI goals in line with company objectives;
Drive the procurement process for facility-related activities;
Maintain and improve supplier relationships to identify best practices;
Ensure facility management strategy supports business growth;
Implement and support sustainable processes & implement & follow up on safety & security;
Manage budgets and monitor costs.
