Your Responsibilities:

Travel expenses / Invoicing:

  • Creating and checking travel expense reports, Initiating advance ︁​payments
  • Creating master data in the travel expenses program Concur
  • Checking submitted receipts against legal regulations and internal travel expense regulations
  • Creation of invoices via SAP / Re-invoicing hours and ancillary costs to customers


Accounting and Administration:

  • Outstanding Invoices / RO-Einvoice / Internal approval tool / filing
  • Planing and monitoring payments
  • Preparing Reporting Documents for Group Reporting Purpose
  • Administrating Account recivable, account payable
  • Contact person for suppliers regarding Invoices and payment status
  • Support with various administrative tasks
