• Managing and archiving electronic correspondence (proforma/ fiscal invoices, payment requests etc.);
• Arranging/ archiving documents received at the office: expense reports, invoices, other internal documents;
• Checking and processing expense reports, ensuring compliance with travel policy in place;
• Preparing and delivering sales reports to landlords and external accounting company;
• Managing and following the resolution of the cash differences identified by the cash transport operator and implementing any change requested by Operations regarding petty cash received in stores;
• Collaborating with Operations and offering support when requested;
• Offering support during the closing of the month process; 
• Performing any other tasks given by the management, in connections with the responsibilities of the job or according to the new legal regulations impacting the activity
