Your responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and monthly sales forecasts
• Assist in preparing sales reports by various dimensions (customer, channel, category)
• Support with customer bonuses calculation
• Participate in the annual stock tacking process
• Prepare CAPEX reports
• Prepare inventory reports and reconcile warehouse inventory levels vs. accounting inventory levels
• Prepare details for revenue invoices to be issued
• Reconcile expense invoices received vs. budget approval requests
• Control accuracy of employees’ expense reports
• Support internal audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
• Review and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented
• Assist in reviewing and improving existing financial processes and workflows
• Help document processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
