What we expect:

• 
  
• 3+ years accounting/finance experience
  
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  
• Strong understanding of accounting framework, Romanian NAS and IFRS
  
• Advanced level of English
  
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
  
• Experience with financial planning systems; preference for expertise in Workday
  
• Advanced skills in Excel
  
• Ability to drill into data and dig for explanations
  
• Aptitude to work with large amounts of data and to manage it effectively
  
• Able to work well in a cross-functional team environment maintaining inter-departmental respect
  
• Able to manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  
• Availability for hybrid workstyle (Bucharest office)
  

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Support end-to-end, bottom-up, and top-down financial analysis of the company’s P
  
• Prepare segment and customer P&Ls, independently run ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂allocations of indirect costs following internal policies and monitor performance KPIs, prepare deep-dive efficiency analysis;
  
• Prepare various analysis between Actuals and Forecast/Budget per cost center and collaborate with department leads to create budgetary guidelines and track performance against financial targets;
  
• Support accounting team with reconciliation reports of OPEX and/or CAPEX projects in accordance with internal policies;
  
• Consolidates budgets, defines financial constraints and ensures the correctness of the data included in the budget with all its elements;
  
• Get involved in various projects at Group level (for the development and implementation of reporting, budgeting and forecasting tools);
  
• Assist with the implementation of internal policies and procedures as requested by SOX team and internal audit function, monitor compliance with existing ones.
