Financial Control

1. Group Reporting and Consolidation

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with Group standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data to the central consolidation team.
• Participate in consolidation processes and reconcile intercompany balances.
• Provide in-depth financial analyses and justifications for group reporting requirements.
• Support due diligence processes, internal audits, and other group-related financial activities.

2. Financial Compliance and Period-End Closing

• Oversee and coordinate the monthly and annual financial closing process.
• Work closely with the accounting team and external auditors to ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Ensure financial statements adhere to local tax and regulatory requirements.
• Support statutory and tax reporting obligations in collaboration with relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations in financial reporting.

3.Internal Controls and Process Optimization

• Develop and maintain internal financial controls to align with Group policies.
• Ensure adherence to financial procedures and risk management frameworks.
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of financial processes, including digitalization initiatives.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing financial documentation and insights.
• Implement financial policies and procedures in line with Group guidelines.

Business Control

4.Financial Performance Analysis

• Monitor profitability, cost structures, and financial performance of business units.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial deviations.
• Track and report key business performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cost management.
• Provide financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic business decisions.
• Analyze cost control measures and margin monitoring to identify areas for improvement.

5.Budgeting and Forecasting

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and multi-year business plans.
• Work closely with operational teams to align financial planning with business strategies.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to enhance decision-making.
• Provide financial and controlling support to operational departments in business decision-making processes.

6.Business Partnering and Strategic Support

• Act as a financial advisor to operational departments, translating financial data into actionable insights.
• Support investment and cost-saving initiatives by providing financial justification and ROI analysis.
• Participate in international financial projects, acquisitions, and due diligence processes.
• Facilitate financial training and workshops to improve financial literacy across business functions.
• Participate in financial process optimization projects, including automation and digital transformation.

Cooperation with Headquarters and Local Teams

• Serve as the key liaison between the local entity and the Group’s finance team.
• Ensure alignment of financial policies and procedures with Group-wide standards.
• Support international initiatives, financial system implementations, and best-practice sharing.
• Collaborate with the central consolidation team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
