Main responsibilities:

• Communication with Operational Departments regarding the on-going and new contracts/ projects, for a proper integration in the ERP software and P&L;
• Check the correct allocations of the revenues and expenses inputed by the Operational and Accounting Departments on P&L items;
• Manage the sales and purchases accruals for the monthly closing in accordance with Company’s procedures/deadlines and legal constraints;
• Timely upload of the monthly Result in the corporate consolidation environment;
• Prepare monthly analysis of variances of the sites results, by comparison with previous month and the Budget/ Forecast;
• Prepare the standard Monthly Business Review presentation together with the Company management;
• Providing support and explanations regarding the P&L in case of audits and other checkings;
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentation concerning the job’s tasks, requested by the Management team;
• Get involved in the evolution of the informatic systems used or new implemented;
• Masters the P&L closing, reporting and analysis, in appropriate time frame and promoting the politics of the Group;
• Active participation in the monthly management meetings, recommending actions to plan performance for the operating teams;
• Responsible for yearly operational budget and periodical revisions;
• Good communication with Operational, Sales and Accounting department in order to harmonize the deficiencies causing delays or negative impacts;
• Reliable , pro-active and positive attitude toward colleagues and issues.
