Job mission:

• Maintain an adequate system of accounting records and a coherent set of controls and budgets through the preparation and internal issuance of periodic financial reports, so as to ensure risk mitigation and increase the accuracy of the company's financial results.
• Ensuring compliance of the reported results with the Group's accounting principles, with international financial reporting standards, as well as with the legal requirements.
• Colaborating with business teams to ensure high quality business reporting.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing pack
• Preparing Group reporting.
• Colaborate with business teams to ensure high quality business reporting and support for the decisional processes.
• Responsible for the accuracy of financial analysis, completeness of capital requests, monthly status report as well as all required reporting related to Capex.
• Full understanding of big project contracts and ensure adherence to contract deliverables, milestones, scope and control over financial impact accordingly.
• Follow up of spendings and forecast together with Procurement and technical responsibles for the big projects and insure timely capitalization.
• Ensure Group Capex policy (incl. reliability of financial data) is enforced. Meet reporting deadlines, ensure completeness and accuracy of reports under his responsibility and ad/hoc requests.
• Provide Strategy Capex management cycle and budget /strategic planning.
• Report and analyze results for our capex spend on projects. These include amongst others variance/trend analysis; actual performance reporting versus Budget/Revised Forecast and CX committments tracking according to contractual agreements.
• Support stakeholders with clear finance and business insights, both ad-hoc responding to questions and pro-actively sharing of insights.
• Realize ad-hoc analysis.
