Requirements:

• Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably within fashion, textiles, or knitwear,
• Strong sales ability with a natural flair for customer service and relationship-building,
• Passion for fashion, textiles, and luxury craftsmanship, with a keen eye for style and detail,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with high-end clientele,
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, driven to exceed sales targets,
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons as needed,
• Knowledge of luxury textiles or knitwear is a plus, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge,
• Maintain the highest standards of store presentation, ensuring the shop floor is impeccably organized and visually appealing,
• Assist in managing inventory levels and participate in stock management, ensuring all products are properly displayed and available,
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, seasonal collections, and store promotions to provide customers with accurate information and styling recommendations,
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring client satisfaction at all times,
• Collaborate with the team to create a warm and inviting store atmosphere that aligns with the brand’s luxury positioning.
