Our client, Farm Pack B.V., is looking for a food operator to join their team in Kapelle, the Netherlands!Farm Pack B.V. is a prominent producer in the Netherlands, specialising in frozen vegetables, particularly frozen corn on the cob and sautéed vegetables. Based in Kapelle, Zeeland, the company utilises advanced processing and freezing technologies to preserve the flavour and quality of its products. They collaborate closely with local farmers and have a strong focus on sustainability, high-quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Their modern facility ensures efficient production and packaging of their goods, which are primarily used in the food industry.Main ResponsibilitiesIndependently operating machines and preparing the production process;Managing the efficient supply and disposal of raw materials and finished products to ensure smooth production flow;Monitoring and controlling the quality of the production process and final products;Reporting any deviations to the supervisor or taking corrective actions within your authority;Accurately recording all production data;Monitoring Critical Control Points (CCP) to ensure food safety;Performing cleaning tasks independently and supervising other employees when necessary;Other related tasks.The starting salary for this position ranges between €14.84 and €16.57 gross per hour, depending on your previous experience.
