Cerinte

International Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in Europe;

Local Experience: Proven track record of at least 3 years in a similar role within Romania;

Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency;

Motivation: Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for elevating F&B operations, with a drive to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional guest experiences;

Innovative Mindset: Modern, creative individual eager to bring new ideas and improvements to the team.

Responsabilitati

- Set business targets, budgets, investment plans, and operating profit goals;

- Regularly perform projections and analyze performance to ensure goals are achieved;

- Actively participate in sales and up-sales processes in collaboration with other departments;

- Maintain regular contact with key accounts and analyze customer feedback to take corrective actions;

- Manage the quality and cost-effectiveness of F&B products and services;

- Plan and implement changes for existing products, participate in the development of new products, and oversee related marketing and communication activities;

- Oversee all personnel-related processes including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and motivation in cooperation with the HR Manager;

- Ensure compliance with work safety and security standards to ensure high employee retention;

- Optimize work organization and manage the development of standards, rules, and procedures for current and future operations;

- Ensure proper use and accounting of goods, supplies, and hotel property;

- Participate in strategic planning and activities as a member of the Top Management Team;

- Lead and get involved in general company activities and projects;

- Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible cooperation and maximize potential discounts/benefits;

- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in F&B operations and establish lasting partnerships with service providers;
