Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day office operations including managing incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails);
- Maintain and organize office records, both digital and physical, ensuring proper filing and retrieval of documents as needed.
- Distributing mail or packages to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handling urgent or confidential correspondence with care and discretion.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; coordinate with suppliers to order new materials and manage deliveries.
- Scheduling and managing appointments or meetings.
- Assisting with travel arrangements for employees or guests (e.g., booking transport or accommodations).
- Being proactive in resolving issues that arise in the course of business.
NOTE: The schedule for this position alternates as follows: one week includes Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, one week consist of Thursday and Friday only.
