Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven Leadership: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, demonstrating a track record of success in driving business growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to analyze financial data.
- Operational Excellence: Experience in overseeing day-to-day operations and driving process improvements.
- Team Building: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing large teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Education: Advanced degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Languages: Spanish and English, both Advanced level, spoken and written.
