Qualifications: -Experience in customer service roles (minimum 1 year required) -Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written German, along with strong English communication skills. -Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. -Knowledge of general commerce and customer needs. -A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload & download speed.  Position Details:  This is a Seasonal position. The tentative contract terms are from October 2024 - March 2025.
