Role and Responsibilities:
Design visual assets for marketing activities such as social media posts, newsletters, presentations, ads, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the Communications Coordinator, Community Manager, and Media Buyer to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Adapt designs based on internal feedback and performance metrics.
Optimize graphics for different platforms, including social media and websites.
Develop reusable templates for faster content creation, particularly for social media and newsletters.
Stay updated on design trends and tools.
Design presentations for internal and external use, ensuring engagement and clarity.
Monitor asset success tracking file to identify winning assets
