The Communication Growth Specialist will develop and execute the communication strategy for the SAMEDAY easyway service, driving awareness and new client acquisition. This role will lead the creative agency partnership and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communication, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative communication tactics. 

You need to successfully:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the business goals and target audience.
• Lead and manage the creative agency to produce high-quality content, campaigns, and messaging that resonate with our audience.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and communication across all customer touchpoints.
• Monitor communication efforts, gather insights, and report on the effectiveness of strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation and understanding of various communication channels.
