Develop a complete working knowledge of the bar menu items and their ingredients and preparation.
Participate in the creation of cocktail menus, while ensuring consistency, quality and presentation.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to the standard recipes.
Maintain the preparation/mix lab area and keep it clean and tidy.
Complete product requisitions accurately and maintain lab beverage inventory control.
Ensure all products and ingredients are received in top condition and are top of quality.
Control stock rotation.
Complete bartender and waiter duties when necessary.
Adhere to all regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food & beverage.
Follow all necessary policies and procedures relating to HACCP guidelines.
Must be able to follow and implement all company’s policies and procedures.
Maintain the highest standards possible.
