- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house, including managing reservations, seating, customer inquiries
- Serve food and beverages following the spirit of Season
- Lead and train the front-of-house team, ensuring top-tier service and communication
- Maintain a smooth and efficient dining experience, anticipating guests’ needs
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service
- Handle guest’s feedback and resolve issues promptly and diplomatically
- Uphold and promote Season’s high standards of excellence
