HR Admin & Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities

Drawing up staff contracts, job descriptions, additional documents and decisions, employee certificates. Is responsible for correct data introduction in HRIS and their timely transmission in Reges.
Maintaining up-to-date and confidential employee records both physically and electronically.
Managing the relationship with the medical service provider for occupational medicine and the annual check-up.
Managing the relationship with the labor protection service provider to ensure periodically the staff on health and safety at work.
Collecting and calculating time records of hourly employees, prepare the monthly timesheet.
Coordinating data collection for bonuses and overtime from team leaders and department heads.
Managing end-to-end payroll processes, including but not limited to: data entry, calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
Ensuring compliance with state, and local payroll regulations and stay updated on changes affecting payroll processing, preparing 112 statement and recurrent reports to state institutions (for example, INS).
Addressing employee inquiries related to rights, internal procedures, payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Generating monthly staff reports (personnel dynamics, HR costs on const centers).
