HR Administrator, People Solutions - EMEAThe PTC People Solutions organization consists of 4 regional People Solutions Teams (Americas, EMEA, India, and APAC) that provide both full-scope front line employee support within their assigned region, and a globally integrated level of support across all regions as needed.Reporting to the Regional People Solutions Manager, an HR Administrator is assigned mid complexity activities designed to develop and enhance foundational HR skillsets and experiences with an intentional journey to advance within HR.The HR Administrator will action well defined processes and programs as assigned, and in collaboration with more senior People Solutions team members, support activities across numerous employee lifecycle actions as needed. The EMEA Region People Solutions team directly supports 1700 employees and indirectly supports 7,000 global PTC employees in conjunction with the other regional People Solutions teams. The HR Administrator is an integral part of the People Solutions organization, serving as a doer and action-oriented coordinator across a defined range of employee related HR services, with a track to progress into the next level of the People Solutions career path.Example HR Administrator Responsibilities:(Including, but not limited to)Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Coordination & SupportEmployee File/Record Entries &UploadsVerifications of EmploymentEmployee Case Management TriagingEmployment Document Distribution & CollectionConfirmation & Clarification of Various Records, Enrollments, and OpportunitiesKnowledge Guide & HR Policy DistributionSupport of Various Low-Complexity & High-Volume Activities as NeededDaily Interaction with HR Systems (primarily Workday & ServiceNow)Preferred Traits, Skills, & KnowledgeSelf-Driven & Growth Oriented – acts and advocates for their own growth and development to ensure they have all the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to meet and exceed the demands of their role and build upon foundational knowledge to add to an ever-increasing skillset in efforts to expand their own capability and career opportunities.Team Oriented – ability to work effectively with peers and broader People Team members to deliver support services in a collaborative environment.Curiosity – having a desire to expand their own knowledge, and the general awareness of people, things, and processes on a deeper level.
