Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

  • Manage employee data in HR information system;
  • Support benefits administration and address related inquiries;
  • Collaborate with payroll for accurate and timely processing;
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain documentation;
  • Generate HR reports and contribute to analytics;
  • Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate when necessary;
  • Assist in coordinating employee training and onboarding;
  • Maintain organized records of HR documents;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements for success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Prior experience in HR administration or a shared service center is preferred;
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws;
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
