Core Responsibilities
HR processes:
•Conducts end-to-end Recruitment processes
•Manages Onboarding and Offboarding processes of employees
•Identifies both individual and organizational development needs and recommends the best solutions/actions to address them
•Develops and implement strategies to increase the employees’ engagement
•Participates in various HR Projects, aligned with the HR strategy
In relation to managers:
•Meets with managers regularly to update on HR initiatives and discuss both HR and business needs
•Assess' business needs and priorities in terms of staffing, organizational design, performance management, career development, employees’ engagement e.g
•Offers consultancy to managers on HR related topics, proposing solutions to encountered issues
•Offers guidance and support for all HR processes
In relation to employees:
•Acts as first point of contact for all HR related processes/projects/ needs in the designated teams
•Supports employees throughout their journey in KRUK: recruitment and selection, onboarding, career development, talent management, offboarding e.g
Main requirements:
•Minimum 4 years experience as HR Business Partner, managing core HR processes as recruitment, performance management, employees’ engagement, e.g
•Strong understanding of Romanian employment legislation
•Advanced level for Business Understanding, People and Organizational Development, Employees' Relations, Strategic Partnership, Culture and Change Leadership.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Openness for change and problem-solving skills
•English - medium/advance legel
•University degree
