Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Design and implement the company’s HR strategy aligned with business goals and objectives. Drive strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
- Brand Development: Enhance the company's internal and external HR brand through innovative programs and initiatives that attract top talent and promote a positive workplace culture.
- HR Process Management: Oversee all HR processes including planning, recruitment, adaptation, training, motivation, assessment, and development of personnel. Ensure seamless integration and execution of HR activities.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR budget, optimize payroll, and plan personnel numbers effectively. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising employee welfare.
- Motivation System Development: Collaborate with department heads to create comprehensive motivation systems (both material and non-material) tailored to different categories of personnel. Ensure these systems drive performance and engagement.
- Key Position Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for key positions within the company, ensuring that the best talent is sourced and retained.
- Talent Pool Formation: Establish and maintain a robust talent pool to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
- Corporate Culture Maintenance: Foster a strong corporate culture by participating in and organizing corporate events and initiatives that promote teamwork and employee engagement
.Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience as an HR manager in an enterprise with a staff of at least 300 employees, for over 2 years. Candidates should showcase their ability to lead HR initiatives in large-scale organizations.
- Comprehensive HR Expertise: In-depth practical knowledge in all key HR areas, including recruitment, adaptation, training, assessment, development, and personnel motivation. Familiarity with modern HR practices and tools is essential.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English at a B2 level, allowing for effective communication and collaboration in an international environment.
