Main purpose of the job
The HR Generalist manages all the HR processes in the assigned plant.
Your responsibilities
Implement and apply HR policies and HR processes (recruitment, hiring, induction, training, personnel development, performance evaluation, benefits, HR reporting) in alignment with company global policies and ensures compliance with them within the plant
Prepare and issue organizational announcements in alignment with HR Manager & Factory Manager
Responsible for the implementation and coordination of all the recruitment processes within the plant, in alignment with company recruitment policy
On-boarding & induction plans for the new employees - support for the local management in preparing and running the induction
Design the annual training plan together with the local management and ensures its implementation at the factory level
Manage the performance evaluation process at the factory level and provides support to the local management for using the dedicated system for this process
Responsible for skills/ competencies matrix implementation at factory level
Conduct the exit interviews with the employees at the factory level
Manage the GDPR topics at plant level
Local support for plant management in operational daily activities related with HR and labor law topics. Run the disciplinary actions at plant level
Implement different HR projects (e.g. EVP, talent management, internship programs, etc) at plant level
Active participation within budgeting process at plant level
