Requirements:

• A solid HR administration background with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience
• People management experience 1-2 years
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Romanian legislation/labor laws pertaining to the successful processing of the administrative requirements
• Experience with HR systems – Service Now, Workday
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Desire to learn and develop in a dynamic work environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Very good Excel skills
• Availability to travel to Clinceni Bakery Factory

Provide decision support through HR metrics
Overseeing HRIS maintenance and utilizing HR technology to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
Leading and mentoring HR operations teams ensuring effectiveness and productivity
