Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll process, compensation & benefits, and administrative tasks.
  • Handling HR administrative responsibilities.
  • Implement and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Bridge employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and more.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop strategies to foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Knowledge of performance appraisal system that drives excellence.
  • Prepare reports for upper management and other departments.
