Hours: Monday - Friday,USA (EST) 8:00am – 4:30pm business hours / Romanian hours: 3:00pm – 11:30pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Recruiting Assistant to support our talent acquisition and human resources operations. In this role, you will assist in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. You will also oversee onboarding for new employees and handle various HR-related tasks to enhance organizational efficiency. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources & Recruiting and offers an opportunity to contribute to building a strong and dynamic workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

•Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
•Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
•Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
•Manage and maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.
•Support HR functions such as compliance, employee relations, and policy administration.
•Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.
•Help develop and refine hiring strategies to attract top talent.
