Position Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and resume screening to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, personal information, and attendance.
• Facilitate employee training and development programs.
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting the company culture and values.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay current with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
