Main Duties And Responsibilities:

• 
  
  
• Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates.
  
  
• Maintain Personal files in line with specific country legal requirements (Spain, Italy and Portugal)
  
  
• Accurately maintain employee Master Data in HR Systems
  
  
• Guide HRSSC and HRBPs Admin subjects & train new team members to become fully operational
  
  

Requirements:

Education&Experience

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and previous experience within HR.

Languages:

• 
  
  
• Very good English (minimum B2 level)
  
  
• Very good Spanish (minimum B2 level)
  
  
• A very strong asset: Italian skills, minimum B1 level

• Medium-Advanced Excel Skills – (functions, filters, conditional formatting, data validation, etc.)
