What will your role be?
- Oversee recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring for open positions.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor employee performance and collaborate with managers to create improvement plans when necessary.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for HR documentation, including contracts, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
- Prepare and deliver HR reports to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree o
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team, driving results and maintaining high team morale.
- Experience in leading HR projects and initiatives across the organization.
