Candidatul ideal
? The suitable candidate will have:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role
✔ Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and HR policies
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
✔ Data analysis, reporting & technical skills, project management
✔ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
✔ Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
✔ Nice to have previous experience in similar industries

Our HR team is looking for a Human Resources Specialist in Bucharest ?!
In this role, you'll take charge of the entire recruitment process, support organizational development initiatives, and ensure our internal HR platforms are running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about HR—especially talent management and helping our organization grow and develop. You should enjoy juggling multiple tasks and projects and be comfortable navigating the technical side of things.

? Your main responsibilities in this role are:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
➡ Source, attract, and recruit suitable candidates;
➡ Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring Managers and HR team to ensure the right fit;
➡ Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline on social media, job boards, and other platforms;
➡ Generate recruitment progress reports, data analysis and necessary input for the hiring processes;
➡ Provide feedback for the candidates in recruitment processes.
Hiring Process Management:
➡ Oversee the entire hiring process from job requisition to onboarding and system access, ensuring a smooth candidate experience;
➡ Develop and maintain hiring metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts;
➡ Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Organizational Development:
➡ Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the performance management platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently;
➡ Update and configure the platform as needed to align with organizational changes or performance management cycle requirements;
➡ Ensure accurate data entry and management within the platform, including employee information, performance goals, and evaluation results;
➡ Generate and distribute regular reports on performance metrics, employee progress, and overall performance trends to HR leaders and management teams;
➡ Test and implement updates or new functionalities to ensure they meet organizational needs and are user-friendly.
