Requirements: Native or fluent German speaker with strong communication skills. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is required. Ability to work on-site in Bucharest. Valid residence permit; please note that "SEDERE TEMPORARA" and "Permis Unic" cards are not accepted. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
