What will you do?

• Prepare management reports for external clients
• Post, scan, and validate invoices received from external suppliers
• Communicate daily with external clients’ accounting teams
• Handle administrative inquiries from team members
• Maintain and update filing and archiving systems
• Generate reports requested by the manager and team leader
• Upload approved payment lists into various e-banking systems
• Perform any other tasks required for the role
