Key Responsibilities
IFRS Reporting:
Support the preparation and review of IFRS-compliant financial reports, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reported figures.
Collaborate with various country teams to implement and uphold IFRS reporting standards within the group.
Assist in updating IFRS accounting policies and procedures to reflect the latest developments and best practices in financial reporting.
Consolidation:
Assist in the monthly and quarterly financial consolidation process for multiple countries, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments to align with IFRS standards.
Support the timely submission and consolidation of financial statements for all entities within the group, analyzing data to ensure compliance and consistency.

Financial Controls & Analysis:
Perform detailed financial control reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies in reported figures.
Conduct variance analyses and report findings to senior management, helping to provide insights into financial performance across the group.
Develop and execute internal controls over financial reporting processes, improving accuracy and accountability. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the IFRS Reporting Specialist and other finance teams to support seamless communication and reporting.
Collaborate with teams across regions to foster knowledge sharing and standardize reporting practices within the organization.
