We have opened a great opportunity, an Implementation Manager role!   

We are looking for a person who will gonna be hired through an external provider, supporting Ericsson through his/ her activity and significantly contributing from technical point of view through the job.

He/she would be in charge of implementation and development of the infrastructure related to the development projects of mobile and/or fixed communications networks from our telecommunications operators.

What will be role’s key responsabilities?

• ensuring the link between the technical teams on the ground and the project management level for the delivery flow in Network Rollout projects
• ensuring the operational interface with the client for the assigned project activities
• sites execution starting with planning, realization and completion of the sites according to the project requirements
• audit activity  ( OHS )
• ensuring that all the deliverables are uploaded and accepted in Ericsson databases (acceptance documents, proof of quality, PO, GRN, etc...)

This is why we’re expecting from you to have:

• minimum 5 years of experience in:

       mobile network activities, with a knowledge of mobile telecommunication network sites topologies and its applications

       field activities

      PC operation (Microsoft Office Suite tools)

• knowledge of 4G and 5G
• experience in interraction within teams
• knowledge of project management
• advanced English knowledge
• driving licence – B category
• telecommunications studies or similar
• knowledge of the tools and applications that will be used: Erisite, Site Tracker, Site Design Engineering (SDE), Intelligent Site Engineering, Ericsson Site Roll-out (ESR), Connected X suite, Site analytics as a nice to have
• Bucharest as location
• as a main soft skill, to have the overall picture
• also communication, interraction and patience which are important too as soft skills.
