We are seeking an for our businessInside Sales Specialist Verdant Energy Management Solutions  which is one of the fastest growing divisions part of Copeland. 


We need a driven, creative, and adventurous lead generator to open opportunities for our sales team to sell energy management systems and smart thermostats into the hospitality and MDU space across Europe.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.


We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.


In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • Call and email hospitality and MDU market decision makers in order to introduce them to our  technology.
  • Hunt and contact value added resellers who can drive sales into our target accounts.
  • Book and confirm in person presentations ad web demos for our outside salespeople.
  • Collaborate with our leads generation team to prioritize your daily calls and emailing campaigns.
  • Enter sales related data into our CRM.
  • Research and use sales optimization tools to create effective reach outs and follow ups.
  • Research online to find hospitality and MDU groups and their decision makers.
  • Drive to compete as a lead generator leader while still being a great team player.


For This Role You Will Need:

  • University/High School degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent customer relations skills, including a friendly and empathic demeanor and a dedication to providing outstanding service.
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Comfortable in using a CRM and the ability to incorporate automated sales tools to produce a larger sales pipeline.
  • Proficient skills in English.
  • Quick learning skills that allow you to excel with new markets, products and technology.


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Creative detective skills and tactics for finding and contacting decision makers.
  • Ability to raise curiosity with decision makers while maintaining a professional demeanor.
