? Your next challenge
As Inside Sales Operator you will be responsible to meet the sales acquisition targets, by selling company products and services to clients that are not currently part of the existing portfolio of clients, as well as expanding the relationship with existing clients by introducing new products or services (or expanding usage of existing products), using alternative channels: outgoing calls, video meetings, chats, webinars, and other emerging technologies.
What you'll be doing:
Sales activities:*Meets individual monthly targets and annual objectives by gaining new customers and developing sales to existing customers;
*Make the necessary number of qualified calls and video meetings;
*Ensure that sales activities are effectively planned for the optimal use of time and resources;
*Monitor and act efficiently, taking into account new information about new or existing clients;
*Meet the performance indicators for clients and to maintain the clarity of the decision-making process in order to determine the operating capacity according to the client's needs;
*Use modern online & offline social / networking tools to promote company services & products.
Acquisition activities:*Creates target prospects lists and penetrate new accounts;
*Be able to identify and record adequate level of information to open future opportunities;
*Qualifies further the lead respecting defined criteria;
*Maintains a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects;
Maintenance activities:*Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with clients; by meeting the retention rate set for its portfolio and ensuring profitability growth;
Client focus:*Identify and analyze the needs of existing and potential customers;
*Clearly communicate to existing and potential customers what type of services can offer company and ensure that they understand and accept our terms and conditions;
*Follow up and ensure that clients complaints are solved;
*Promote company commitments for excellence in services, representing the company's image and its best practices when addressing customers.
