Position: Hiring Delivery Partner Trainee


Duration: Part-time: 6h/day - in an initial phase 3 months with the possibility of contract extension


Date: August 1st to October 31th, 2024


Location: Hybrid in Timisoara, Romania


 


Education Recommendations


Currently a candidate for a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Economics or a related field with an accredited school in Romania.)

The Hiring Delivery Partner team is a global team of 20+ and acts as an incubator for future HR professionals in many areas (Talent Attraction, Global Mobility, PE care, Data Analytics&reporting, Sourcing…). The successful candidate will provide high-quality, timely and consistent Recruitment as well as International Relocation support services to recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and other HR stakeholders. The Hiring Delivery Partner will play a crucial role in assisting the regional recruitment team by positioning recruitment as a strategic driver in the company.





 


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN





Managing non-competitive, Administrative RRs - recruitment cases end-to-end


Supporting international relocation cases as first point of contact (only case management: providing estimations and updates, following up, ensuring a timely delivery) 


Managing and enhancing Nokia’s applicant tracking system (NokiaME)


Managing reporting activities to provide an overview on ongoing activities


Acting as TA Queue Coordinator to manage the ticketing tool queues


Interacting and engaging with candidates to ensure a reliable, positive candidate experience


Collaborating with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR, Global Mobility and related vendors


Assisting Recruiters with offer requests submittals for Campus Processes in high volume locations (e.g. US, India, Finland etc.)


Assisting in finalizing and closing out requisitions, follow up the onboarding tasks


Providing support during audits


Assisting with projects for University Relations’ needs


Assisting with documentation preparation for the onboarding process where applicable


Employee Referral Program championing


Regular and adhoc reporting (Hot Jobs, BG specific reports, RR specific reports)








 


KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


Currently a candidate for a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Economics or a related field with an accredited school in Romania.


Fluency of English (verbal and written)


Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail


Strong communication skills


Adaptability: work effectively in complex and ambiguous situations 


Flexibility, working at times in ambiguity, while still maintaining positivity


Service mindset


Strong team player


Preferred Requirements


Fluency in the language of the location and any of the following languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German)


Previous experience of working in an in-house or agency recruiting role supporting large scale recruiting campaigns. However, if you have no experience but have the right attitude and motivation, don’t hesitate to apply!
