This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.









We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.









In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 







  • Assist in the planning and execution of global and business-related marketing campaigns.

  • Manage campaign planning tools and schedules, lead all aspects of asset distribution, and coordinate translation needs.

  • Support the transition to a new website platform and maintain existing webpages, including managing translations.

  • Help plan and implement customer events and fairs across Europe, handling logistics, promotional activities, and maintaining event planning tools (Monday.com).

  • Assist in the planning and production of both online and offline documentation, focusing on content management, graphic design, translation, and print management.

  • Provide support in leading orders and invoicing processes.









For This Role You Will Need:







  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or management, or equivalent experience.

  • Proactive, open-minded, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently in an international environment.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in English.









Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:







  • Proficiency in another European language.

  • Knowledge of Monday.com
