We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a App Projects Assistant. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals in the field of platforms engineering.

We want you to join us on our journey with:

• Assist in the configuration & maintainance and ongoing maintenance of website and digital self-service platforms.
  - create new blog pages
  - create new campaign pages
  - update or upload documents
  - build components from existing elements
  - delete or update pages
  - etc.
  Assist in update products in POSF.
• learn with internal teams to implement solutions that improve workflow and efficiency of digital processes and flow.
• Help to diagnose and resolve technical problems related to platforms and users.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools that can enhance workflow and suggest potential improvements on processes.
• Help analyze and interpret data from various digital tools to create actionable insights
• Assist in the creation of manuals, tutorials, and other materials to support internal teams in using digital tools.
• Monitor the progress of bug fixes and re-test existing functionality after code changes to ensure no new bugs were introduced.

We create the context for you to develop with the help of a mentor, learning about:

• Ongoing studies in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, etc
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with digital tools and CMS website platform (WordPress).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
