You support our team as

IT Application Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

• Process management and governance of IT services in its skill area;

• Maintain and improve business satisfaction and confidence in IT through effective, efficient, and secure IT service delivery;

• Minimize the impact of service outages to avoid costs and penalties;

• Supports relationships and communication with internal business partners;

• Supplier management of IT partners for the region of Europe;

• Contribute to global IT operations and keep all global and regional business processes running;

• SLA/SLC Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service level agreements/commitments (SLAs/SLCs) to ensure that IT services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon standards;

• Functional management of IT Application support team based in Europe.

Qualifications:

• University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry;

• Strong technical skills in IT applications and systems, including experience with SAP MM/ WM/ PP/ SD. Not all areas in expert level but broad, general process knowledge (preferably in the automotive industry);

• Experience with Customer and Supplier EDI (preferably in the automotive industry);

• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks, including experience in Incident Management and Service Request Fulfilment (ITIL Foundation certification required);

• Preferably skills in engineering applications such as Siemens Teamcenter, CATIA, NX or comparable;

• Experience in process management and governance of IT services;

• Management and leadership skills;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment;

• Preferably experience with European companies;

• Mastering intercultural interactions with openness, cross-cultural sensitivity and respect;

• Proficient level of English;
