You will align with your customers regularly, plan and steer the engagement together. Acting as the customer's ambassador in the Enterprise Cloud Services organization, you'll be driven to help drive our business in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.   Key responsibilities will include: Engagement Management  - Planning and reviewing services in accordance with customer requirements, managing stakeholders. Delivery Management  - Supervising day-to-day operations, support of projects, de-escalating critical engagements.
