How you will contribute:

• You with the team will implement business initiatives, projects, programs according to set roadmap allocated for your area of responsibility;
• You with the team will discuss with business users and gather business requirements;
• You with the team will create corresponding functional requirements as an input to application design;
• You with the team will deliver best in class, operable and sustainable Business Solutions with an optimal balance and integration between the different elements : Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Business Processes, Business Organization, IT Organization;
• You with the team will support the Change Management process (Communication, Organization transformation, etc.) during the project and also after the implementation;
• You with the team will proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements to provide additional Business capabilities with a clear Business Case in collaboration with Centre of Excellence;
• Technical supervisor of team system analyst’s and business analyst’s.
• Guide team members towards improvement;
• Act as a point of contact for the Agile teams regarding the questions addressed in his area of ​​activity and expertise.
