IT Helpdesk M365 employee (2nd level)
Hello! We are SKILLD by eJobs and we set out to connect super talents with super companies. At this moment we are looking for an IT Helpdesk M365 (2nd level).
Your tasks
Contact person for IT enquiries and problems of our employees via telephone, e-mail or ticket system
Remote problem analysis and resolution for all topics related to M365 (Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
Request fulfilment for defined tasks
Qualification and, if necessary, forwarding of tickets to the relevant support groups
Documenting and sharing problems and solutions
Your profile
Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualifications
Very good knowledge of working with and supporting Microsoft M365 applications
Good knowledge of hardware, software and networks
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
Independent and solution-orientated way of working
Ability to work in a team and reliability
German and English language skills
