Responsibilities:

• Lead hiring projects from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and conducting non-technical interviews with top IT talent, proposing candidates to clients and managing the relationship until the recruitment process is completed;
• Use LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms to identify top candidates;
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates/employees;
• Negotiate job offers in alignment with project requirements;
• Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding processes;
• Permanently update and grow the database to ensure an efficient pipe of candidates;
• One-on-one meetings with the employees to ensure to ensure constant alignment with project objectives and requirements;
• Client Account Management with existing clients to maintain and develop relationships, capitalizing on opportunities for growth and collaboration;
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies;
• HR Admin: Managing and validating timesheets, issuing employment certificates, drafting and negotiating employment or B2B collaboration contracts, salary negotiations/raises, providing consultancy on invoicing, and monthly documentation validation;
• Focus on problem-solving and fostering a high-performance work culture;
