THIS IS THE JOB

• Independent planning and implementation of a wide variety of national and international field service assignments, e.g. for new branch openings and re-openings
• Ensuring smooth operation of the IT systems in the branches
• Independent installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software, e.g. cash register software, peripheral devices, telecommunication systems, active network components and customer frequency counting systems on-site
• Taking over the technical 2nd level support by phone or on site in our branches
• Working in a motivated and competent team of experienced branch technicians in an international environment
• Your Workplace will be at the office, from Monday till Friday in the timeframe 8.30 – 17.00
