Main responsabilities:

• Provide first and second level helpdesk support to users;
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure;
• Operation and maintenance of VMware infrastructure;
• IT support for process development and optimizations;
• Provide technical support, training, and direction to staff to ensure effective use of systems;
• Perform regular maintenance on software & associate ancillary equipment to maintain optimal efficiency;

Required skills and qualifications:

• English - Intermediate/Advanced;
• Knowledge of computer systems, networks and troubleshooting techniques;
• Experience in M365, Windows server, backup and log monitoring;
• Strong ticket management skills;
• Critical thinker, strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
