What project you will be working on
As a Java & Kotlin Developer at PSS - Prosoft Solutions, you will work on international projects where you will be designing and developing software solutions for the retail industry and performing a variety of development and maintenance tasks for existing applications.
We collaborate with our business partners on long-term international projects using Agile development methodologies and we are involved in the entire software development and implementation cycle.
We are currently building a new product which will enable retailers to fundamentally change the way they interact with their customers. Our team has an ethos of continuous improvement where all team members have the ability to influence the team.

You will play a key role in building robust Android applications and integrating back-end services. You’ll work in an Agile environment, contributing to projects that combine creativity, technology, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Implement efficient solutions for concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration.
• Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
• Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation using OpenAPI, JavaDoc, and Markdown.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
