What will I be doing?
Work with Product Owners to identify and analyze requirements: understand the needs of stakeholders, refine requirements, and translate them into technical specifications, explain to the more junior team the system design choices.
Execute tasks according to prioritization: collaborate with the team to prioritize work items, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution throughout the software development life cycle, assuring support to more junior colleagues.
Develop Java EE Applications: write efficient, well-designed code for Java EE applications, adhering to best practices and architectural guidelines. Constantly review existing code to reduce technical debt.
Review and debug code: regularly review and debug code written by team members, ensuring quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. Write unit testing for your code and help others write unit tests for their code. Collaborate with colleagues for automated integration and performance tests.
Design Database Architecture: create and optimize database schemas, considering performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Coordinate Product releases: work closely with internal teams to schedule and coordinate product releases, ensuring smooth CI/DC deployment.
Ensure Application Security: implement security measures, protect against vulnerabilities, and keep applications up-to-date.

Collaborate with various other team roles: leverage agile practices, participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, and actively contribute to continuous improvement of both the process and the product.
